Shipping Methods & Delivery Areas
LumosEira currently offers Standard Shipping for all orders. We deliver to most countries worldwide. Please note that shipping times and costs may vary depending on your location. You will see the estimated delivery timeframe and shipping cost calculated at checkout before you confirm your order.
Order Processing & Shipping Times
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number to [email protected].
Estimated Standard Shipping Times (after processing):
- United States & Canada: 7-14 business days
- European Union: 10-18 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 12-20 business days
- Rest of World: 14-30 business days
These are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing, weather, or carrier issues.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country and the total weight of your order. The cost will be displayed clearly during checkout. Please note that LumosEira does not offer free shipping at this time. All applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
Order Tracking
You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you have not received your tracking information within 5 business days after placing your order, please contact us at [email protected].
Shipping Address & Order Changes
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. We are unable to modify the shipping address or make changes to the order contents once the order has been placed and is in processing. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Undeliverable Packages & Returns to Sender
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to pay customs charges, or unclaimed at the local post office, we will contact you via email. A new shipping fee will be required to resend the order. If reshipment is not requested, a refund for the products will be issued, minus the original shipping cost and any return handling fees incurred.
